Since childhood, he has had a curious mind, which made him think on deeper levels about everything that surrounds him. He is also a master of Yoga and meditation. He has always been fascinated about the functionalities of a human mind, which is part of the reason why he chose to study science. During his career, he has learned the art of thinking and controlling mind. To see how effective it is, he applied his theories to his professional experience. He started off by devoting his time to a pharmaceutical company under the department of marketing, which was a demanding profile. Apart from that, he was also able to single handedly start his own import/export business which is was very successful.

Dr. Sanjay Prem is the ideator of the concept of “Attentive Mindfulness”and is also the person behind Sakha Gyan Foundation, which believes in betterment of the society. His services cater to everyone from corporates, the youth as well as the elderly people who have little motivation and support to live life happily. His workshops are carefully designed to keep the participants engaged in fun activities and also ensures that everyone takes something meaningful home with them! Dr. Sanjay Prem has studied B.Sc. In Biology, followed by a PhD in Vaastu. On top of that, he continued to develop his skills and became a certified parent coach. He also became a certified Himalayan Sound Healing Therapist along with an official association as an ANLP Practitioner.
